The worst thing about them is the awful poly hoods, more specifically the way that they're poorly attached to the row units.   They have a tendency to fall off randomly.   If we used it more I'd have to do something to remedy that problem.


I like our 1290 JD head a lot better (I should mention its had a lot of performance modifications done) but we've never really had any problems (other than the hoods) with our 3206 either.
