It only applies section 179( maybe new name) accelerated deduction , you can deduct a pedal tractor as long as it is business related,
Bingo, on GVWR/Section 179., for Fed needs to be over 6,000# (SUV, and a dollar limit on deduction). Golly, I miss Jake, he could pull the IRS Pub. sections fast.
