Subject: Jd 535 twine arm

I have my 535 running pretty nice and it makes good tight uniform bales but the last problem i have is that the knife side of the bale gets over twined. I know you can adjust the twine with the knob but the last 5-10 percent of the bale gets way more than it needs. What causes the twine cycle to stop? All i can figure is the twine arm hitting the stop and pressuring out is what stops the cycle.
