It only applies section 179( maybe new name) accelerated deduction , you can deduct a pedal tractor as long as it is business related, I needed 4 years ago for customer entertainment, it was a legal cost. A pedal tractor as takes more maintenance than a 200 hp tractor, you would not believe it but true
