I should get a decent torque wrench just to have around for pickup/car wheels and ATV bolts/lugs and stuff. I know the top of the line tool truck stuff is probably very good, but is anything else pretty good? I'd rather not break the bank but also I'd love to have the torque actually be close to correct. 

Brand? Model? Place to buy from? I was assuming buy a new one but I'm guessing there are used Snap On and such?
