Northwest Iowa | Yes absolutely the info is out there. That is how they are able to target you when you point out an issue with their product. No name with the post pointing out their issue makes it more difficult for them to know who to target.
I understand why you don't like nameless posts. I'm still not wild about it. Probably should just quit I don't know anything exciting anyway.
