Guessing a gradual uptick. Never goes up fast. I just saw a meteorologist post on Facebook it's 115 degrees at Glendive and Miles City, MT. The highest temp ever recorded in Montana is 117 according that same post. Expect the heat to keep moving east.
Son and his family live 20 miles east of Glendive. They just installed a new big window A/C yesterday to prepare. Sounds like it's a good thing they did!
