Hearing all sorts of yields, test weights, and some sprout damage
Our 1st field was 75% of last years yield of 124 on equal acres, just 1/2 mile from this year’s location. Both years previous crop was corn silage.
This year the low to no snow cover was hard on it.
In a different field now, seeded after sb. Looking to be only 10% off last year. More went down from too much rain and near drainage ditch.
Both fields had drone applied fungicide. First field had 5 loads delivered all over 60# tw. Under 2% sprout damage. Low vomitoxin.
Heard a mid 70 avg farther north
A near 90 to the east.
2 fields in upper 60s. Poor stand, drown out, and weed pressure. | |
