| There is a certain amount of irony in a Protestant not understanding why the Catholic Church does not tolerate groups wandering too far off of the reservation.
You see, that is Protestantism's biggest downfall. Luther instated the idea that if you don't like what is going on, you just wander off an start something new. Now you have Christianity divided into hundreds or maybe even thousands of different sects.
Having said that, my personal beliefs side with SSPX. The Church has gotten WAY too liberal under the last two Popes in my opinion. I have ZERO intention of leaving the Church though. Ever. | |
