He can totally derail any agreement with China at any moment. The track record is tgere and in plain sight for anyone to see.
And in my OP I said "it's a start". So i guess I shoulda added good to be more clear. Yes the production report was released. But they did not change yields which they do rarely in july unless its an extreme circumstance like 2019 late planting.
My entire point of my OP was to not get too excited over a couple small export sales when the market is expecting China to buy 25MMT. I'm sorry if you misconstrued my point. But as a producer one needs to realize that when the market offers opportunity you should probably remove some risk | |
