If you have sealed containers of liquid and travel from Iowa or some other place where the altitude is 400 to 700 feet above sea level and go to a place that is 5500+ feet above sea level there's an excellent chance it will leak. We discovered this years ago when going to backpack in Utah. Lower pressure allows the expansion of air in the container to expand the container and we had a mess. Since then we open containers squeeze out all the air and still put them in a separate zip lock. Your experience may be different.
