First off we have to define heat. 4 days at 91 degrees and nighttime temps at 70 is not classified as HOT like the media is trying to portray it. Rain running across Iowa as we speak. Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa and Minnesota couldn’t look any better. Illinois and Indiana are 90%. It’s soon the middle of July with a fairly full soil profile and average temps. Connect the dots

Edit. And the historical whiners from all states listed above are silent this year. That’s an easy dot to connect

Edit 2. Planes flying now and will escalate heavily next week as farmers look to add that last 8 bushel. That last 8 bushel is the difference between $4.50 corn and $6.00 corn on the USDA balance sheet. Obviously most producers can’t do math. This corn and soybean market is becoming the most predictable market ever known to man.
Ok Joe you said the most predictable then what will new crop corn and soybeans be in that oct-nov time frame?
