When the ftc and doj don't stop the formation of monopoly duopoly or triopoly because of pressure from Congress or the administrative branch. That's crony capitalism. Remember when you were complaining about Nancy pelosi and her illegal enrichment? Why do you think that law exists? On its surface you may think it's only to prevent public figures from making money. But it's not you seem to forget that part when expressing your political bias. It's to prevent crony capitalism or at the very least destruction of free market capitalism by picking winners and losers at the government scale and not at the consumer scale.
You know you're always talking telling me to read a book. Maybe pick up one by Friedman.
