Agree on above comment.  Might as well be in deep top soil.  

If want little milder winters.  Whiteman in Missouri offers good opportunities, lots of agriculture nearby and a conservative state with good schools. Both places offer exciting opportunities.  With life in the Fast Lane on both bases.  Personally to be around the Stealth would be exciting in itself.
