North Central Indiana | Not quite the same but I had a modular home that had roof issues. Same type of deal, being in multiple pieces means things can settle and shift some after install that a regular stick built wouldn’t see. Put a new roof on for under $9k but that’s been a few years.
Now I’m in a new modular with a steel roof.
I’m betting the only real solution to your problem is paying out of their pocket to fix or replace. Or go back in time, bring a home inspector in 6 weeks before warranty is up, and check everything out good. But that’s not possible anymore | |
