Factory Expo Homes and Champion homes out of York, NE are awful. It's been 5 years since we got ours and we're finally getting everything fixed that they screwed up. Our roof also leaked from the start, because the set up crew left a gap between the 2 halves so the shingles settled and let water in under the shingles.
