Cleveland, MS. Own small farm near Booneville, MS | Only thing I ever bought like that was a car. Wife was working at the bank at the time and they repoed a four year old Cadillac DTS. Original buyer had financed it for 5 years. She died and her son wanted it but couldn’t qualify for enough of a loan to pay off the final year. Loan officer repoed it and it sat in the bank parking lot for a couple of weeks. He sold it to us for what was owed on it. Turned out to be a decent deal but I learned that parts for Cadillacs are twice the price of Chevrolet parts. |
