custar ohio | Anybody running an AF9 that has experienced unloading issues?
Our SRW harvest started yesterday, and we put two AF9's in the field.
Wheat is 100 bpa plus at 13% and perfect sample. Problem is that we are breaking unload shear bolts as soon as we unload.
We see no mechanical issues. I suspected vertical auger timing, but dealer ruled that out.
Only solution (a poor one) is disengaging the cross auger and then it can handle the load. This leads to unacceptable unload times.
Of course, it has to be a holiday weekend and we have no answers.
