Agree. Crispy, tattered edges of the "cupped" leaves is classic Dual injury. The necrotic tissue from the oil of Dual keeps the leaf from fully opening giving that cupped appearance. As the leaf grows the dead tissue breaks and gives the tattered edges.
2,4-D injury to soybeans causes veins to grow more parallel and leaflets to elongate. Not cup.
