My wife got sepsis from a staff infection that came from a simple cut or scrape on her hand. Infection settled in her left hip joint and pretty much destroyed it. Six weeks of IV antibiotics and multiple doctor visits. Now we’re looking at getting her a new hip. She was a very trim and fit lady who liked to go on long hikes before this.
Thoughts on Busch passing from Sepsis.
