No we are pretty much on the same page there also.

Where we might vary wildly is the methods by which that 1% use their extreme wealth to gain power. I believe they lobby for and manipulate societal mechanisms that pass on the fruits of other peoples labour, money, to the masses of poor people instead of giving the masses of poor people the ability to gain wealth through the fruits of their own labour.

Kind of like the give a man a fish and he will eat for a day vs teaching a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime sort of concept. If you just give a man a fish to eat he will become dependent on you and under your control. Teach and give him the ability to fish and he will become independent and much, much harder to control.
