FWIW, I live near a small country golf course., have my whole life. About 10yrs ago they spent alot of money and put in nice grass greens etc. They do a great job for a small course keeping it up. They also started to serve alcohol in the clubhouse. They talk of all the money it makes them. Guess what happens. Everyone has 2 or 12 and drives by my place after to take gravel road back to town. Have been accidents, my mailbox hit more than once, beer cans etc in front yard. So my family needs to be at risk, can be at any time of day also, so an establishment can serve alcohol.
Now, I realize there could be things done to corral the activities, but the fact is that if there is alcohol etc served, it leads to other stupid things that put others at risk or causes problems in other ways. | |
