Trucking a mess right now. Even brokers are using brokers. Between bad drivers, accidents, lawsuits, bankruptcies, repos and brokers its a financial mess. Cross border worse its ever been. For cross border freight, anyone legitimate, decades of experience, reliable with excellent safety ratings are making big money.
Fuel is just a minor detail. Lucky your goods actually move when its supposed to.
