Eastern Shore of MD | I will be the dissenting voice. Out east here... things do not look that great. According to NOAA we are the driest YTD ever since records have been kept in 1895, so 130ish years. Quite a bit of ground still not planted as waiting on moisture.
If this does not turn around very soon for Mid Atlantic and south east it is going to get real ugly quick.
