| Add in all the fiscal debts our federal government is running - which will increase supply of treasury debt, and the Fed has some tough decisions. Right now, they are letting the chips fall. Treasury supply and demand is pricing increased supply, and demand is lighter. Does the Fed step in to buy via QE? Eventually they will to stop the screams. Always do.
For the people, by the people. The people don't want the medicine. Punish the future kids. It leads to war eventually, history always proves this. Debt to GDP ratio cannot expand forever and eventually someone pays. | |
