No corn here but small grains took 2 weeks to emerge with this cold. Seeded into moisture. Early aggressive guys are reseeding soybeans right now. Not sure reason but probably wind, cold related.
Some people reseeding cereals due to wind. Some of it blew out seed and some fields blew in deeper. Some fields have seeds exposed.
