Reported on Rural Radio 147 packers are losing $300 a head...If true ,why bid up the price to buy more and lose money
The only packers that MIGHT be losing $$ are the smaller start ups that have a lot of debt. The big four aren’t losing a cent. Just a ploy to buy cheaper cattle tomorrow. The moment one of the big guys loses anything, they’ll shut the doors and put their money in something else. |
