Still about 15% of the fields not planted. Corn is very slow to come up with the cold temps. Clay hills are cold. Some ground is still too wet. Some irrigators are running. One 12 inch tile has been running full for a year. A bunch of fields not fully planted due to full sloughs and ditches. Still frost in the ground last Monday. WCMN
