5000 acres is for a whole complex including "Hi tech manufacturing", but the data Center itself is on 1200 acres. They drilled 3 large wells so they are planning on using at least some water. There's a proposed data center complex in Utah that's 40,000 acres. That's not a typo. It would use more electricity than the entire state currently.
