| I can't see how they can be good for a small town long term.
They probably get a property tax exemption for years.
Lots of folks and traffic show up to build one. This takes more roads and more infrastructure.
6 months down the road it is done. No more need for the motels and restaurant.
The new improved roads still need to be payed for.
The one we delivered to said that once they were done they needed on person for maintenance.
I would guess another or a contractor to keep the grounds up.
I have read they need water for cooling but the ones I saw did not appear to use water. | |
