NC Iowa | I'm not an expert on Data Centers but any business that comes to a rural midwest town and injects money into the community can't be all bad. Yes, property value will go up but isn't that good? Taxes will climb along with property value which is part of the game. Towns all over the midwest are drying up and dying. A injection into the economy could help some of these communities out. Just my opinion. | |
