Roughly $43,650-$58,900 per acre. Insane! Hell if they want it that bad, hold out for a nice round number of $100k per acre. They have the money obviously. They being "big tech"
I know of some land going to sell for 2X that for a corporate headquarters, I'm not sure why land that has gained that much value needs a discount on taxes. I realize that the tax monies collected will most likely be pissed away somehow but the constant protections that the "haves" enjoy are making more "have nots". |
