Laws already available to avoid cap gains tax in other ways than 1031. Problem is most accountants/lawyers aren’t aware of the other options available, it’s out of their ordinary wheelhouse/comfortzone, so they don’t mention other tools available.No need for more rules/laws/regulations. Just need to be better informed is all.
