| I understand what you are saying and certainly don’t hold it against you for not respecting him anymore. That is your own choice. The issue I had was due to you wondering how others, including myself, could still support him because of what he said. If I am expected to be so strict that I can not support anyone who sins against God there would be no one left to support. God does not expect us to do that. It is enough to disapprove of the behaviour. We are not supposed to turn on each other like that because no matter how hard we try, we ourselves will be guilty from time to time. Whatever happened between himself and God is between himself and God. God will sort that out.
My faith should not be in question simply because I see more in a man than just a sin he has committed. Nor have I gone against God for still supporting him. That is the issue I have. | |
