Western OK | I read some where that their are some banking rule changes that have been made or are being made to allow banks to really pile on the purchase of treasurys, I guess that would be to bring rates down and do kind of a back door QE without the fed doing it themselves. That and there is speculation about the gov implementing rate controls similarly to what they did after ww2 to hold the interest rates bellow the rate of inflation. Trying to inflate the debt away, steal from the savers. In other words, inflation is going to burn hot, and they are going to let it go. Won't help that fuel cost is already going to make inflation bad.
