I should've been more clear. I know him well and respect him as an honest man. What he meant was that he had learned how tobsign up for the programs and participate actively in all the USDA that he could.
He was able to quit his job and go full time without increasing any acres. His point was to say that a fair portion of his income wasn't from his production but their payments.
