Be happy you aren't getting a payment. It means you had a poor crop and whether you agree or not the payment isn't just a bonus we are just going to piss away, it's going right towards some debt. I'm not getting into the politics of whether we should get it on top of crop insurance. I'm just playing by their rules.
I'm planning on pissing mine away....but that is how I operate.
In fact, I often pre-piss it away. No use waiting until the bird is in the hand.
