Cost to set up the solar?
Doesn’t produce enough energy to pay for itself.
Ethanol/ddgs/corn oil/etc do
Not sure about that --only guessing huge variation in payoff depending on what the solar fields can sell electricity for
What AI said when I asked "do large scale solar farms produce enough energy to pay off?"
"Financial Payback: Commercial and utility-scale projects often see payback in as little as 3–8 years with incentives (like the Federal Solar Investment Tax Credit) and 13+ years without special incentives".

Add being just a little provocative "doesn't produce enough electricity to pay for itself"
Almost sounds like "we'll run out of farm land and starve"
