Hydraulic drive runs constant. Even with the wires unplugged. Thinking it’s in the valve with the wires coming out of it. This is a aftermarket kit on a Cyclo. Is this a valve used on some other hydraulic drive , maybe a Kinze ? Looking for a local source.
