Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I don't have an answer as to why reducing the pressure improves the situation.
Each year it seems someone posts of this problem and the suggestion is to lower the pressure which seems to help.
Along that line we've had a couple of times where mysteriously a chunk of dirt got in with the seed and blocked an outlet out of the CCS tank. When that happens we remove the hose at the outlet and poke upwards with a screw driver thus breaking up the chunk of dirt. Some seed is lost but not all that much.
Another trick I've read about is to have a "Y" for the seed hose. That way if one outlet plugs, the "Y" can be used to have one outlet feed two units. There is enough capacity that a single outlet can keep up with two units.
