South west of Winnipeg MB | Went and looked at a 2013 MT875c CHALLENGER 5800 hours and I can see it needs new tracks and boggys and idlers that the easy part. Motor starts and run clean right away and sounds good the concern I have is the transmission. We have an mt855 and a mt855B both shift little harsh between 4th and5th but very hard between 12 and 13 on the MT875 is very smooth between all gears and was told if they shift smooth that mean the trans is going out. Has anyone else know if that's right. Only reason we are looking at that tractor is it has a PTO.
