The replant money makes it a no brainer.
I would drop 70,000 into what is there.
The spots with nothing will have 70,000, which is enough to make pretty good beans, this early.
The rest, extra beans won't hurt.
I went through this a few years ago.
The agronomist said anything over 50,000 would beat 100% replant. It was the end of May , so that has some bearing.
IN the end I left the best, planted 70,000 on most, a some got a total replant.
They all pretty much made the same.

+1

I have come in at an angle at a 2/3 rate because I thought the hail had killed more than it did. Beans were too thick for my liking, but they yielded great.

One time our airseeder was giving us fits. In a large field the beans got planted at 50k, 145k, and 300k in large blocks. The visual difference at harvest was very substantial. All three were not distinguishable on the yield map. They all made mid seventies. The 50k would not have worked if they hadn't come up perfect and even. The 300k wouldn't have worked if we wouldn't have had substantial rain from pod set on. But beans are beans. About the time you have a test plot that is going to show you something, it doesn't make any difference what you did.
