That must be some EXTREMELY forgiving dirt in your area? Your stories are funny but none of your examples would possibly raise a crop in my area and I'm the first guy to hit the field every spring here.
If I raised a 12 row planter with a 1466 and drove across the same endrows 50-60 times on slightly wet soil, that travel path would still show in the crop for at least 10 years here.

Since you’re questioning my timing could be off was a 190XT with 18.4 duals and spacers to make it fit 4 30” rows. I’m pretty certain on the 7000 but could have been a 494 JD or an IH 400 series 8 row 30” blow planter dad owned all three
As far as driving on the end rows the 100 acre field had a road across one end with a road ditch I could cross most places and the road went up one side then an oil pump road on the other end
As far as raising a crop we’ve did OK the cover crops especially annual rye grass and mostly NT will take care of many sins
