Could be. Honestly, I have moved on from using Caramba.  

Caramba is a product with a single active ingredient. Was sold by BASF.  BASF has two other products - Twinline and Sphaerex - which have multiple modes of action, one of which is the active ingredient in Caramba.  So, I can see why BASF would discontinue it.  

There are other options to use on head scab on wheat, which is what I presuming you are looking to use Caramba: Prosaro Pro, Miravis Ace, Sphaerex, and I am probably missing some others....
