Agree with just spreading sales out. This year I set basis in advance so I have to price so much a month. Extra 10 cents or 15 looks like a lot of money this year. ( normally wouldn’t fix basis but big crop here) I look at this years extra insurance as same as buying some options.
Are you sold more or less than previous years?
