| I would caution about a slippery slope. Where a desalination facilities might be lumped with bridges and power plants, if possible we need the support of a portion of Iran`s 90 million population to have a rough landing that we can at least walk away from. If a west sympathetic Iranian gets their kid blown up on a bridge and their water tap is dry at home and that can be linked directly to a US B2 bomber we aren`t going to win hearts and minds and at worse breed future terrorists. | |
