Its surprising a nation near 1.5 billion people doesn't have general fertilizer manufacturing infrastructure capable of 100% of needs, or even export level capacity.
Hungry people are accha nahi hai.
Because we are so much better here? We are dependent on way to much stuff from other countries who like us less and less every day.
