I hope the farmers who invested in get their money back, or shares in the new company. Depends on the oringnal investment papers were written. Judge and Lawyers interpetation of the contracts. More times than not the small share holder end up getting the shaft. Really makes you think, when these investment things come around.
They we here and this is what we thought would happen. I never trust when they come around makes me feel like getting the phone call to good to be true. |
