Very southern Mn | They may have bought some just plain bad turbines. It has happened before were a wind farm buys latest and greatest but than find out they weren’t the greatest. Just like anything , there can be some issues with a new technology, and a new wind farm buys all the same and when there are problems, they are over a 100’ in the air it gets expensive. Some turbine companies are out of business if I remember correctly from our local wind farm. | |
