I would think we are not wetter than you? We did have 0.44" or so in February one night. Maybe you missed that?

I'm strip tilling without irrigating in super hard ground. Seems to be working OK.

I will be planting this year earlier than I ever have most likely.

It'll turn around.

Edit: But yes, I agree it's currently extremely dry. I was just a little shocked to hear people are not going to plant until it rains 3". I'll be happy for it to rain 3" on the seed I have in the ground. The 3" will eventually come. Especially up there in God's country where you're at, haha.
